    Getting weaker on squats

@bjpascoal 10 sets of 10 reps, did you actually do that? That has got to be a whole lot of junk volume. I imagine you could be doing enough muscle damage that it would actually result in strength regression. I personally do a warm up set and then 3 working sets of 12 reps (which might even be...

Possible to be in good cardio shape but very fat?

@ms7dc What's your current diet like? There might be a few easy moves you could make to shave off a few hundred kcal daily, without it seeming like a massive hassle.

Why don't men hire health coaches as much as women?

@gm0nkx For me personally, it's a matter of me enjoying figuring out all the stuff a coach could help with. Figuring out running tweaks to programs, diet, rest, deloads, technique, amount of cardio, bulking/cutting, etc. Is absolutely as big a part of the project as actually going to the gym...

What are you eating during the week?

Working out 4-5 times a week, 1200kcal will put me in a daily deficit of...

@19john54 I could use a 28 year break. The 10 hours per week can be constructively used to lounge around...

Looking for help programming to solve a fat loss plateau for my Mom (F, 65)?

@yahhuah Also, I have a hard time imagining that any shift in fluid volume wouldn't be to the negative side. But I'm not exactly qualified to make any guesses, so that's pure intuition.

Looking for help programming to solve a fat loss plateau for my Mom (F, 65)?

@yahhuah I honestly didn't give fluid weight a second thought. You haven't started her on creatine or something like that?

Looking for help programming to solve a fat loss plateau for my Mom (F, 65)?

@yahhuah Honestly, your mom is cheating on her diet. Rework to something more sustainable. Or, she is a thermo dynamic anomaly the study of which will inevitably end in Nobel prices in several categories (at least medicine and physics).
