    I’ve done 100 push-ups every day for 2023 - here’s my progress! (Feel free to join in for the year 2024)

    @compassionate_rn I tried this program to get up to snuff. For the first 4 weeks I was doing knee pushups, then I restarted with normal pushups. Day 23 seems to be my breaking point. Every time I do this https://shrinkingjeans.net/2013/12/squat-pushup-bootcamp/
