    I’m starting my workout journey. I’m a 6’3”, 230lbs male. I’d like to slim down to around 200lbs with muscle. Any tips?

    @honeysuckledreams In addition to all the other great advice: If you haven't already established a fairly regular/reliable sleep schedule, go for minimum 6 hours, preferably 7.5 or 9 hours. You're gonna need it.
