    Please reassure me my home gym isn’t dumb

    @evachristine I have a Bowflex Max Trainer, a treadmill, various weights, yoga mat, resistance bands, and a subscription to Apple Fitness + and I love it. I use it every day before I go to work. I don’t think you should be embarrassed at all. Especially if you use it regularly.

    Those who are 5’0/5’1, what is your goal weight and what are you doing to get there?

    @stephny I’m 5’0 and 119lbs. (47F). I run or workout on my Bowflex Max, as well as strength train, kickboxing and core work every day ( I use Apple Fitness +). I wear a size 4-6 in jeans and small shirts and sweaters. To maintain I eat around 1500 calories but 1850 is my maintenance calories. I...

    At home workouts

    @skymarie I workout exclusively at home. I have a Bowflex Max Trainer and a Treadmill and Apple Fitness +. I make time everyday, usually in the morning, to do a 30-60 minute workout of some type. It’s my favorite time of day. I’ve lost and maintained a 40 pound weight loss for over 3 years.

    5’0 and under … what’s your treadmill speed for walking?

    @uticus 5’0. Usually 3.5 - 3.8 for walking and 4.8 - 5.0 for jogging. But I’ve been at it for awhile.
