    @sawsar You are an actual angel. I just purchased the Walmart barbell set! I have been wanting a mini home gym forever and figure now is the time to do it!

    Did anybody stop short of their weight loss goals because they realized they liked their body at a higher weight?

    @wedemars Yup. Exactly what happened to me. I was my goal weight at one time but I had no muscle mass. Now I am 10lbs more than my goal weight and if I lost those 10 I’d look HORRIBLE.

    @baohomotorprovn250932 I am doing the push up challenge! I neglect push ups big time, but working out from home is going to force me to do them!
