@jakesmith99 I always had a real poor bench.
Tried those tips and my weights went up instantly.
Using the legs and "bending the bar with your pinkies " felt really good for me.
@elsiejo Sometime 2 persons ask the same question back to back to the coach.
I love being the 3rd to make him repeat yet again the same thing.
Not sure he gets that I'm doing it on purpose.
@angie032386 I also finish last at almost any thing, but it doesn't matter, I'm still getting a great workout and compared to 9 months ago I improved on many things.
Keep at it, you'll get there. Consistancy is key.
