    Women who don’t bloat / gain weight / feel weak before or during their periods…

    @freds As someone who used to deal with that and really bad cramps for the first day or two, the mirena IUD was life changer. No period besides light spotting, not even needing a panty liner, for 5 years. I’m never looking back.
