    @rj786 In my experience it's the average: If you go boom the first pull up - it takes more time to do your e.g. 5th. But if you equally, your total time is lower, resulting in less fatigue (time spent hanging on bar) which in my experience can give you more strength.

    REPORT! I did 100 pull ups a day for 30 days. The result was amazing!!

    @even_stranger_things Yes, absolutely lose weight. In addition, after you get your first pull up, I hit a roadblock again. When (if) that happens, do pull ups (1 or 2) with active hang at the top. This will let you progress further.
