    @summer63 ROFL, I'm a Beastskills person, but, ironically, I passed the USAG Instructor exam. The rings are the best play toy, sure I like high bar, but that's goofing around muscle ups, and back hip circles.

    @summer63 The roll-up, is kind of a pullover into a muscle up. After top control ( turn your hands, palms to front), turn them back in, drop to the cross.
