    @sarangapani The guy you replied to is saying that the very reason why the protocols differ is because people differ; we don’t all respond the same to the same training. And to that end, it is important to experiment in order to find what is optimal for oneself, especially if you are at a level...

    @lucylove That is what I’m on about. People defy reason when they jump in here asking about how to manipulate their body weight before lurking in the sidebar for any amount of time.

    @iferexo I can’t help but think that the Big 5 is very shoulder heavy with the pushing movements. Doesn’t it lack some more direct chest resistance?
