    @nailed4us It's not about motivation. It's about doing it regardless of not feeling like it. It's like brushing your teeth every day. Make it something that you just have to do no matter what and it'll soon become hard to take a day off.

    Is this reasonably well?

    @acsula Why do you never exceed 8 reps? What is your RPE or RIR when you cap yourself at 8 reps? If you want a free custom stength program you can click that. You don't have to guess at making your own. Good luck!

    Overwhelmed by routine options

    @jacob1122 This site has free workouts that includes a form video for each exercise. They're very easy to understand. I really like how it's laid out and not everything is in code. I hope you find something you'll enjoy.
