    @bobgunn Dude you aren’t even doing a month of arms. It’s a month of biceps only. So to answer, yeas it’s stupid. Risk of injury. Unbalanced arms with no triceps to balance. Unbalanced body. Biceps with no shoulders, no chest, no back, no core, no legs.

    @123vicky Myofibrillar means muscle fibers. Sarcoplasma means the liquid inside the muscle cells. Low reps means more myofibrillar which means more muscle fibers which leads to more strength.     @123vicky Well that should do it, tho keep in mind, the low rep range creates more myofibrillar hypertrophy while the higher rep range creates more sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.     @123vicky Well first, one persons lots of hypertrophy is another’s barely any gains. Second, are those 3-5 reps close to failure?
