    @magnusmann Yes the same 5 week program from muscle and fitness. By the way, I have a much easier to read pdf file of the program if you'd like me to send it to you. I'm on week 3 and following it to the letter.

    Program suggestion for wk 19 --> wk23?

    @magnusmann I'm following the same routine along with doing some additional calisthenics. It seems simple and effective! As for another routine, I'm interested to see what others say as I'm just a beginner with kettlebell training and wouldn't be able to give sound advice.
