    Fitness Goals for 2024

    @hallartistry 1k total lifts on Bench/Squat/Deadlift - not too far off of this goal probably need to just add another 30-50 total across the 3 to get there. Run a sub 20 min 5k (currently running around 22 min without 5k specific training) Run a marathon (this is the big goal for the year)...

    working out on company time

    @hkwh2019 I work from home and workout 2x per week in my home gym around 11 which I block off. If I have important meetings or work to do where I need thst time, I’ll just workout another time on that day but 90% of the time it works great.

    Help me with running

    @isabelpatel What are your goals with running besides just getting faster? Getting faster across different distances requires different approaches to training.
