    @dreamsunderstood Possibly volume related. I’m 35 and have been doing it for ~8 years. I never do cf more than 3x per week anymore and focus on strength/olympic lifts 3 days. More cf than that and I start to feel worse and tend to get weaker/less fit due to over volume. Maybe sub a recovery...
