    @priest4him Depends on what time frame you're shooting for and how strong you are at thrusters.. ive done kalsu sub 10 every time I've done it. Just doing 5 burpees then 10 thrusters each round.     @lolasrobot That was my thought process as well. The weight of thrusters weren't an issue. But I've been doing cf over 10 years, so I knew this would get "grippy" for me. I broke the thrusters 7 and 3 for the 10s and 5 and 2 in the 7s. Not out of need but just to save a little for the c2b and...

    @buckswordbearer I just finished doing 24.3. Finished on 3rd round of bmu... I did the c2b as singles the entire 50reps. And for me, I think it was a great decision.

    Bad Programming

    @duskborn There's not a single cf gym in the entire world where 100% of the members agree with the programming... just like every sport, there are seasons in cf programming as well. Some are strength heavy. Some metcon heavy. Some a mixture or both... side note, there is so much more to crossfit...
