    @p77cf Have you considered going to a later CrossFit class since you’re working evenings now? I get up around 5am to go to 5:45 or 7am classes, but I also go to bed at 8:30/9:00pm every night.

    @lovelylady35 If you don’t want to do it, don’t do it. It sounds like you don’t need your gym’s goal program to be successful, so skip it.
