    @knivesrme I know people disagree about this but that means you’re getting like a 70g protein shake, and I’m not sure your body can really even utilize so much at once. You might just be wasting a whole scoop each time, especially given you’re 155 lbs.

    @femio13 Maybe read the sentence right before - he’s fine. “Long-term consumption of protein at 2 g per kg BW per day is safe for healthy adults, and the tolerable upper limit is 3.5 g per kg BW per day for well-adapted subjects.”
