    @hellokitty 1 month is basically nothing and I'm not surprised you aren't seeing instant results. This routine is also way too complicated for someone just starting.     @jsmith116 OP, if you do nothing else, please take vitamin B12! Deficiency can manifest like anemia, and b12 basically doesn't exist in plant products.
