    @e%CA%8Da%CA%80t%C9%A8%D5%BC Sweatpants and a hoodie. If you’re going to lift, gets solid flat soles and a tight upper. If you were just going to do random cardio then cross trainers are fine, if you were going to run or jog then you need running and jogging shoes.
