After 5 years of bodybuilding and dissapointing gym apps, I made one with us in mind

@lightnow23 I was actually thinking about adding something like this recently. Nice you suggested it! I'll add it to the todo list. Might take a few weeks to have it ready though :)

@emmierose80 Setting goals is possible. I made a small walkthrough video that explains this part. Feel free to check it out: Fair warning, video is highly improvised :))

After 5 years of bodybuilding and dissapointing gym apps, I made one with us in mind

@exilesinwaiting Hey bro, here are some things I focused on while creating myWIP that I couldn't find with other apps: - When logging an exercise, your entire log history is in the same screen (this helps me to see what I did in my last workouts). The graphs are also a swipe away and multiple...

@joemannino I haven't heard of it before, but this sounds like a great thing to track indeed. I really think this would be useful. I'll add this feature in the todo list and read up more on it. It might take some weeks/months to get the feature out though, since there are quite some other things...

@curiouswanderer could you tell me a bit more about RPE and the way you'd like to see it implemented? I can always add it as a feature if it's something users would find useful.

@sharkdive1 Hey bro, that's strange. Seems it's an issue with Google Auth's side with some specific gmail accounts. I'll look into it and fix it. If you wish, in the meantime you could sign up manually. If you use your Google email, then you're able to sign in via Google afterwards.

@kellis Not yet :( But if you are still interested, you can visit the web version through Safari, you can 'Add to your Home screen', and access the app directly from your home screen. That's because the app is actually a Progressive Web App :-)

@hirono Hi there! I released the iOS app today :) https://apps.apple.com/app/my-work-in-progress/id1607676377 . Feel free to give it a try if you're still interested. It's still an initial version, I'm still working on adding Apple ID login and improving the overall experience of the app, but...

After 5 years of bodybuilding and dissapointing gym apps, I made one with us in mind

@huseovago Basically I ported it to Android because that's what me and my friends use, and there was no need. But now it seems some people would like it for iOS so I'm really considering putting it out for iOS as well :) stay tuned

@hirono If you are still interested, you can visit the web version through Safari, you can 'Add to your Home screen', and it'll be installed on your iPhone. It's a workaround for now :)

After 5 years of bodybuilding and dissapointing gym apps, I made one with us in mind

Hey gym bros, I've been bodybuilding/powerlifting for the past 5 years. During this time, I've always tracked my workouts. I started with a physical notebook, using excel sheets, then moved to trying smartphone apps, and never managed to find something I was genuinely happy with. I had some...
