    @sgmusic1987 Glad I could help! Here's a demo of the exercise. Gyms will sometimes have wrist rollers around. Or, you can buy one (your favorite search engine will turn up a bunch on fitness equipment sites like Rogue, Ironmind, etc.) or make one yourself.
