    @mauddib Everson wasn't vegan, but she was close (especially considering it was 30 years ago). From what I read in one interview, I believe she may have eaten fish 1-3 times per week and ate a lot like you 85% of the time--oatmeal, salads, curries, whole grains. Definitely no oil/butter ever...
