    Equipment nerds— what are your favorite machines?

    @dkitching Do the cables machines/rack count? Cable flyes, curls curls, tricep pulldowns. The added tension on the eccentrics are killer.

    @brianlee3271 Yeah, at the beginner level, you should probably forget the deload week stuff. Just every few weeks, increase the number of reps, then every month or so, increase the weights a bit. Rinse and repeat. Oh, and eat more. Gotta be in a surplus to make gains.

    What's your daily schedule look like?

    @prayersword Don't stop. Go straight from work to gym. If you rest, even for 15 mins, it's game over. I just think of it as part of my work day. I tell myself that I don't work 9-5, I work 9-7.

    @knowledgeisnotignorant Yep. Switch it up. Use free weights sometimes, and machines sometimes. Free weights are good as you need to engage your whole core to balance. And machines are good because you can go to absolute failure safely. This is why i don't really mind when the gym is busy...

    @sphynx Honestly, just do more. Increase the weights, increase the time, increase the food. I workout each muscle group at least twice a week. And my workouts are 1.5 hours+.
