    @oojeanetteoo when i mean don’t track, don’t pay to much mind to it. just keep the big picture in your mind. as long as you’re making progress overtime then all is well. there’s days where i can lift what i lifted and it is what it is, doesn’t mean i’m regressing.

    @oojeanetteoo enough rest? enough water? overtraining? there is a lot that can affect your lifts, don’t track your lifts on a day to day basis as a natural, just track your lifts on a week to week or month to month basis. just go with what your body is giving you, you’re gonna have good days and...
