    @jonathanef In my personal opinion yes but that’s only because I’ve tried high volume and found that it doesn’t work for me. End of the day if you’re always progressing carry on. If you’re struggling with consistency maybe try higher intensity and just going 3 days? Up to you

    Going to failure VS chasing the pump VS volume

    @robrandazzo Tbh I just do 2 maybe 3 sets to failure personally and have gotten great results compared to volume RIR etc, if you hit failure there’s no question then of did I do enough
