    Ok I finally got onboard with stretching..but now I need specific help!

    @vivienita Try Yoga with Adriene! She has a program for just about every feeling/time allotment/tight place, there's no expectation that you'll be a SUPER BENDY YOGA PERSON, and it's not terribly woo-y.

    @kashanali897 Great vibes! While doing a quick search for "cute whiteboard" I saw some clear acrylic boards with gold/brass standoff mounts and I think they could go well with what you have going on here. :)

Do yourself a favor and stop focusing on the number, on weight loss, on plateaus, on how much you COULD lose in X period of time, on how much you SHOULD'VE lost in x period of time.     Sports Bras w closures?

    @silvershark I'm wide shouldered/small busted and like the hellrassiere from duluth trading. It's back closure, not front but I find it quite supportive and the (light) pads can be removed.
