    I don't understand S&S strength standards

@daughterofgod96 I do enjoy it. Just a bit dumbfounded if I can ever make it to simple, but as others have said here I'll set up my own goals. Thanks for the feedback

    I don't understand S&S strength standards

@jreneew8 First of all congrats for the achievement, that's hugely impressive as it's around 55% of your BW which is really upper echelon IMO. I think that I do want a goal to achieve in kettlebells so I working slowly towards 32kg S&S is something I want to work on. Thanks for your comment...

    I don't understand S&S strength standards

@darlene1 I see... I'm already playing with the 24kg swings from time to time, but I'm waiting to up my TGUs to 20kg first to make my swings jump. TGUs take a bit more time for me. We'll see how I do by end year 😄

    I don't understand S&S strength standards

@darlene1 Yeah I know about Pavel Macek. He does bent presses with 48kg that's impressive. He's same height as me but a lil bit heavier at 68kg. I used to weigh the same but I lost some weight because of life stuff. Honestly your message is a breath of hope. I'm the same stats as you but I only...

    I don't understand S&S strength standards

@jllcml That doesn't sound harsh at all, it's one of the best comment and makes me happy to have created this thread. I get it. Seriously I do. It's not a "sport" strength standard with weight classes and such like powerlifting. But it' a "real life" standard so it's fixated whatever your own...

What are the "Big movements" of mobility/flexibility?

@de4an In general vertical push, vertical pull, horizontal push, horizontal pull, squat and hinge. A popular calisthenics combin would be HSPU, OAC, Planche pushups, Front lever rows, pistol squat and Nordic curl. That's what mindful mover and the majority consensus here (I think?) advocates...

What are the "Big movements" of mobility/flexibility?

@esperanza20 I wasn't talking about the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Or I would have added Oly. Just about recreationally lifting weight like they do in r/weightroom or people like Alpha Destiny do. Was already well aware of all that so no it doesn't help. It's common knowledge dude

    I don't understand S&S strength standards

@clovertravis Thanks for your comment. I'll take it one step at a time for S&S and see where I go with it. I'm still training calisthenics alongside it so I'm pressing a fair amount. Grateful for the insight 🙏

What are the "Big movements" of mobility/flexibility?

@jermyn Ok I see. Thanks man, free gains in flexibility too haha !

What are the "Big movements" of mobility/flexibility?

@jermyn Thanks Phil ! Just to be clear, isn't there a typo at the end ? Don't you mean "full ROM HSPU with a slightly elevated surface" instead of "full ROM Chin-ups" ? But that is still limiting for like V-Sit mobility isn't it ? I can't V-Sit but I can L-sit and from my understanding it...

What are the "Big movements" of mobility/flexibility?

Hey everyone, we often hear about the "big 3" in weightlifting and the "big 4/5/6" in calisthenics depending on the person for strength training. Basically it's often V Push/V Pull/H Push/H Pull/Squat/Hinge maybe some add Core to that. Often people who advocate for minimalist training swear by...
