    @evieoooo Awesome! Just a fair bit of warning: There's a great tendency to want to do MU's until failure after you achieve your first one. Treat it as skill work. Focus on quality over quantity. Your elbows will thank you.

    @thomaslowrens I find these EMG studies miss the point of the concept of progression exercises and don't really reveal anything novel about the hypertrophy process. Just because an exercise activates the chest more, means it will cause the chest to get bigger? Not really. Exercise Programming...

    @jenkins33 Congrats! To work on the transition, I made this video that will help you. Just use the ladder on the wall there to prop your feet up behind you. (You could do it slowly to really build some confidence in it.)

    @dawn16 The one that you struggle with the most. Try Narrow/Diamond Pseudo Planche Pushups or if you have rings, Feet Elevated RTO PPPU's, for the ultimate boss level.

    @willy_b That's awesome man... I know it's an incredibly difficult move to hold, and because it's challenging, I know it's something I want to badly tackle as well. It will probably help dramatically with anything else that require scapular retraction (read: front levers).
