    @emeline For myself, I assume people are just mistaken as a first view, or just being inaccurate, which is pretty common. How accurate are you being with your tracking? Are you going off portion sizes etc or are you weighing and calculating?

    @wally1648 If you don't like them or want to, you don't have to. I'm just saying that "good mind muscle connection" is a bad reason to drop an exercise because it's effectively a meaningless metric.

    @doctoroliver83 Seconding the recommendation re Dan John. He is unmatched for experience and most importantly for practical and useful suggestions for the 30+ age group.

    @mainten84 Some movement is always better than none. Plus there is the consideration of what your goals are; if you're simply trying to maintain a minimal level of fitness and activity, that's absolutely fine, too.

    @siphosethu Yah, really. I've used it as a jumping off point for a couple of things, but I have to say I was distinctly unimpressed by it.
