@arc90901 I see there's a lot of the same complicated or time intensive advice that always comes up for this. I don't know why it's so hard for good information to overcome bad information.
You don't need to stretch every day. You don't need to do a bunch of exercises. Both of these guidelines...
@dawn16 Hard to believe they're doing anything much more crazy than what I've seen at some Cirque shows.

@saminni Thank God. Another data point proving that calisthenics builds muscle and size to rival lifting weights. Need to get bigger? Eat more food. Need to get really big? Eat more steroids. But resistance is resistance.
