    @chaplain777 Mushrooms. I've tried even doing mushroom powder in smoothies and still feel like I can taste the death.

    @dikaioumenoi I'm 133 and focusing on body recomp and shoot for 100 a day and have lost 13 pounds and 16 inches. Just saying

    @jenur If you're new to lifting it could be either improper form or muscle soreness. If you didn't already, definitely look through how to videos on each move before you attempt them again

    @gailsie As a 40 year old, the best advice is to start healthy eating habits now that way you aren't trying to play catch up. And find something you enjoy that involves movement so it won't feel like exercise
