@slant 100% if anyone younger than me asks me for advice, it's always to start strength training in your 20s. Will make your life better on so many levels
@jenur If you're new to lifting it could be either improper form or muscle soreness. If you didn't already, definitely look through how to videos on each move before you attempt them again
@gailsie As a 40 year old, the best advice is to start healthy eating habits now that way you aren't trying to play catch up. And find something you enjoy that involves movement so it won't feel like exercise
