    @ethanhun1 No apologies needed. There is no warm-up mentioned, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't warm-up. If you have issues that need to be addressed before starting your training, do it. but there is no one universal warm-up, warm-up according to your needs.

    @dawn16 your abs shouldn't be contracted lol. but most people can't do it without contracting their abs, so you're good. Just go over the guide again to understand it better and pick up the pieces that you might have not noticed. Cheers!!

    @fredric777 Don't be scared. it's going to be just fine. You're not graduating to the RR in a week anyway, so relax. After the week you start the actual primer routine, after that you might move to theRR when strong enough.
