    @rimbella I mean I don’t really take basketball too seriously or wanna pursue a career in it. I’m maybe too bad for that. So I mostly wanna focus on physique, but of course also want to get better at basketball.

    @kkaiser85 Lol I didn’t mean great progress. I have a plateau in many exercises but I meant that I was still able to increase or at least maintain. Should’ve written a better title.

    @trap121 Isn’t that a bad idea? I’d rather stay at home and let my body do its thing rather than taking much medication. Maybe workout at home or go normally, which also seems like a bad idea and I’ll get others sick like people have said.

    @gmalaurie I don’t do much cardio other than my two days of basketball training a week, just warm up 10mins on the bike at the gym before workouts. I run a 4 day upper lower split.
