    @ken37 Hm that’s odd! I’ll take a look. In the meantime you can use the filters to manually search for 3 day bodyweight programs like the Arnold Home Workout or Reddit Recommended Routine

    @messanicjew30 Yep the core features of the app are all free, such as following programs, creating programs, and tracking workouts. Only analytics and certain workout calculators are paid. Hope you enjoy the app and make great progress towards your goals!

    @zoster It's a good idea but implementation would be difficult as injuries are very case by case. I highly recommend that you consult a PT/doctor before starting any exercises.
