@steve2219 I do eat 100% whole food plant based, but the food is so dense to get the right amount of macros, that’s where I’m struggling.
One meal a day works for me to maintain where I’m at, but I’m trying to build muscle currently.

I started lifting about 5 weeks ago, but only started incorporating more than one meal about a week ago, it’s been rough.
Thank you for the suggestions! I will rework my meals in the coming week.
