    @harmony77 We need more information about you. Age, size, activity, goals, etc. It's very possible you are simply getting as much or more than you need already.

    @heislove1980 They will build your legs differently and you hips/lower back less. The instability of the free weights demands more stabilizer activity, so you're missing out on some balance and bracing in the abdomen there. Ultimately, it'll be fine. Unless you're trying to be a competitive...

    @vanesagroza Go under your calories, don't stress it. If you need to cope, try some gum and water(it's helped me).
