    @oj1990 I went through the progressions here! http://www.startbodyweight.com/p/pull-up-progression.html?m=1 3x week, 3 sets of 4-8 adding one rep each time and when you get to 3x8 then move to next progression

    @justin_holmes being able to do a pull-up! a real full from dead hang all the way up and down pull-up. goddamn. it took me so long to get one, now can do several in a row! never fails to give me a kick

    @hungry_hungry_hippo 3pm - 4pm. optimal! the hardest part of the workday, when I get snacky or my focus flags. a workout is the perfect solution to get my blood flowing again and perk me back up. alas I could only get away with this when I was working from home though. after work but before...

    Can you do a pull up if you can pull your bw in a lat pulldown?

    @josh88 I trained to do pullups with the progressions on startbodyweight.com and it took me ~4 months or so. Now I can do ~5 at a time. Once I got to that point I started lat pulldowns at the gym, but I never approached my bodyweight on those. I weigh ~142lbs and got to 3x10 at 80lbs... not...
