    @nart Any snack tips? I can never get enough protein. I max out at like 75 grams daily and that’s with a protein bar and shake!

    @uticus Well, exercise has never helped me lose weight so that’s how it works for me 😂

    @colwyn REST DAYS. I used to work out every single day because I saw all these people online boasting about having no “zero days” or something. As a result, I’m plagued with minor but chronic injuries.
