    @iowakid8401 9.5 scoops of protein powder. I wouldn't recommend it, but that'll get you there with 700-1000 or so calories to spare, depending on your protein of choice.

    @noridetoolow For health and fitness: Don't eat butter. For taste: Miyoko's salted cashew butter is a thousand times better than any dairy butter I ever had.

    @eclatunlimited Can of beans, half a brick of tempeh, half a bag of Right Rice. You've got 64 grams of protein on 945 calories, leaving you roughly half your calorie limit to hit all your other macros and only need to get 6 more grams out of that half.

    @eclatunlimited There's nothing wrong with protein powder, but what's your calorie limit? You should be able to hit 70g without supplements.
