    @airunited4u Have you tried TVP? It’s soy based, but it’s processed and only has part of the soybean, so maybe whatever is aggravating your digestive system has been removed? Not likely, but might be worth a shot.

    @raymarie I'm your exact dimensions and use knee sleeves as well. I use the small/medium size from walmart's Equate brand. Maybe it's not the best for squats but its cheap and helps me with distance running.

    5’3”F could use some advice

    @firemist One thing that is fun/helpful for me is training for a race or event. I’m not a serious competitor in anything, so I’m always training just to finish successfully. Having a goal and something you’re working toward may help you manage your cravings. Good luck!!

    @enealey Sorry to (respectfully) burst your bubble, but tofu is far from “pure protein”. Most brands are about 40% calories from protein. By comparison…. seitan is 70-80% calories from protein. protein powders can be 60-70% calories from protein. TVP is 50% of calories from protein. Tofu...
