Progress Report: Getting fit & healthy while having a full-time sedentary job

@jsnow47 I do yes! But only on the weekend, and only like 2-4 glasses unless it's a big occasion which will then just be a cheat day for me. I can't drink too much because I am prone to hereditary migraines and alcohol is often a trigger. You will get there though, just make sure to...

It’s okay if you don’t want to do at home workouts right now

@gumcareblog Honestly I'm working out probably every other day right now with more focus on healthy diet and eating within my TDEE. I've taken more time to go on long walks and use my weighted hula hoop instead of my regular routine... Life isn't regular right now, so it's okay if work outs...

Progress Report: Getting fit & healthy while having a full-time sedentary job

@dawn16 Honestly I just stick to the same routine because full body and cardio works for me. I've never been one to have "leg day" and what not but I admire people who set those plans in motion and follow them. I don't think I need to, so I don't, maybe I will in future! @smaeder You're welcome and good luck! 123 is an awesome weight though. I feel like 115-125 with more focus on muscle is the best range for our height. I feel a bit too slim right now even.

@markinsydney Thank you! This was the sweetest comment 🥰 I definitely feel like we would be friends, you seem awesome! I totally agree though, I hit 110 at one point and was not a fan. I prefer to be more muscular and toned than skinny skinny.

Progress Report: Getting fit & healthy while having a full-time sedentary job

@dawn16 Yeah well I don't have the squat rack, so I just hold the weight to stability more so than weight for the squats! And yes, the bridges are just body weight, maybe I'll add in weights, that's a good idea.

Progress Report: Getting fit & healthy while having a full-time sedentary job

@djamestampa Thanks! I don't think people need to completely sacrifice the enjoyment of eating, especially in maintenance mode, because it's important to have a healthy balance :)

@sgttimbob Two kids under 3, full time, AND you are working out? You are an inspiration! I hope when I have young kids that I can still get to the gym at least three times a week. You are doing amazing.
