    @ozarkdaisy I have no idea if fasting makes a difference or not. Test levels are highest before 10am. So there's your issue, next time you get blood drawn, get it before 10am, and after a good night's sleep"

    @lepomis Guess so, you'll have to experiment and find what works best for you. I only do about 10 sets per week. Split over lunges, BB squats, V/Hacksquats, and leg press, and the good girl/bad girl machine, if you can't that as quads

    @lepomis I did for a while, but adding BB squats back in, the quad is a complex muscle and you wanna hit it at a few angles to stimulate all 4 heads

    @hellokitty You're following a program that's not made for beginners. Just stick to the basics. If you're dead stubborn, get your T levels checked
