    @ikhena Start there. Do a few “sets” of these a few times a week for 2-3 weeks . See if 10 pull ups is easier and report back. See if you fan get to the 4th rung in the ladder. Rest longer if need be.

    @kema1212 are you just doing 1 set of weighted dips/pull ups/face pulls then 2 sets of ring push ups etc... or is each super set a defined number of sets.

    @john0733 Taking a look at volume and known time availability I think I’m going to switch this to twice a week splitting up upper and legs and increase the sets to 4 of each. That way in your example in 4 weeks I get 8 sets. It should allow me to go hard and recover well enough.

    @mudmixer Is there a benefit to doing this vs just having a static strap or rope to hang on to that’s lower than your pulling hand?
