    Remembering Weights

    @khurram79 I use an app called RackMath to help figure my bar loading. You can populate it with the weights your gym has and even set custom bar weights. It can be used to tell you HOW to load the bar for a given weight or the reverse. What the weight is with a given plate load.

    Gear Q: What brand of shorts people wear?

    @servant1970 I’ve been living in them for just about 2 years now. No visible wear. All the elastic is still in great shape. The length is perfect on the 7” for me. Swear by them.
