    @cwngfd Yes! I'm 5'7" and 52kg/115lbs. Was always skinny fat. Starting weight lifting and eventually switched to Olympic liftng. Had to up my food a lot, gained 15lbs, and actually look strong now. Still a beanpole, but a strong one. Working on building that muscle more, hoping to reach...

    Ok I finally got onboard with stretching..but now I need specific help!

    @vivienita Possibly not what you're looking for but I use a stretching app called GoWOD. Customizes my stretches based on my weak points and lets me pick different lengths of routines. No music or talking, just tells you when it's time to switch.

    CrossFit or Oly Lifting? Lead me towards a path ladies!

    @jburd I've done both, I picked Olympic lifting. Like you I just couldn't get into the AMRAP/heavy cardio workouts and I found I only enjoyed the lifting movements, so I picked those. I do my own cardio on the side but I really enjoy specifically working on my lifts

    @godeciplse Long legs doesn't cause squat pain though, your squats should definitely not hurt

    @hlb Helps with my anxiety. Also, my confidence, my entire appearance, posture, it's all completely transformed. I met my boyfriend through the gym too

    New Year’s Resolution & 2024 Fitness Goals Megathread

    @nathan2018 Spent most of this year trying to diagnose and recover from some pretty gnarly hip flexor pain and weakness. As a result, all of my lifts stalled except my jerk. Hoping for some new PRs in 2024, and am aiming to fill out my new weight class better

    @ashvell If you look, it gets caught on her belt, not her hair. And she bailed incorrectly.
