    @coconut23 Thanks! Interesting approach. So for me I could transition 80% of my skill on floor with about 6 weeks by changing set up in only one of the exercises. The main difference I found was that on floor its easier to fix overbalance as the finger pressure is more powerful

    @familyiskey28 So this just covers the vertical pushing pattern (bent arm) of a routine. RR can be good yes. I would say you need to be able to do 10 pushups before following this.

    @hopeandfaithhealing Do some L-Pike Pushup 5-8 rep range (day 1) and higher rep pike pushups (day 2) and in 2 months you should be able to do at least wall handstand pushups with limited range of motion

    @brooke127 No, I made this routine so that you don't need a handstand and you still move ahead towards the press. But yes to fully unlock the press you'll need a freestanding handstand.
