    Is this a good/optimal PPL workout split

    @billybob I'd do Chest and Shoulder's before Triceps on Push. Do the 2 big Back movements before Biceps on Pull. Otherwise the arm fatigue will limit you massively. It won't be as much of an issue the other way around. Do Deadlifts on Leg Day, if you must do them. And if going for hypertrophy...
