    @daniel11 I agree with the sugar addiction theory you mentioned. Currently reading a book about it while observing my own tendencies. Sugar definitely makes me crave more sugar and more food in general so I'm really trying to cut back.

    @twinmama Thanks! I was legit eating anywhere from 500 to 900 calories of just snacks during the day because my meals weren't that big. I've increased the volume my breakfast/lunch/dinner so I only need one snack during the day.

    @manjanek The only burpees I will do are Bosu burpees. I have a cyst in one of my hands so having my hands flat on the ground puts pressure on it and gives me pain, but holding the Bosu on its sides helps me. Plus, it looks pretty badass!
