    @piescko Well I guess it can depend on your definition then. He's not a "professional" bodybuilder but he's certainly a bodybuilder in my eyes at least. Let's be honest both this sub and bodybuilding sub is not full of competing bodybuilders but just gym goes who want to bodybuild.

    @piescko How is GVS not a bodybuilder? He trains with the sole purpose of building his body and he's massive. Do you mean a competitive bodybuilder?

    @cinnamoroll Are you eating enough for a sustained period of time. I did this for a few years I spin my wheels making little gains until I stuck to a surplus for months and months.

    Bulking and van driving

    @bc1 This sounds pretty dangerous you shouldn't be finding it hard to stay awake if all is going well. It sounds like you need more sleep, if I got 6 hours sleep I would be a zombie. Alternatively maybe you're training too hard and you're exhausted, take more rest days or a deload week...
